School Enrollment Form - for players who attend a school within the leagues boundaries and will use that attendance to qualify to play with Santa Fe Little League Verification of School Enrollment

Waivers- for those players who do not live within Santa Fe Little League's boundaries

Residency waivers for players who do not live in our boundary and wish to play with Santa Fe Little League, this only allows the player to play during regular season. You are not eligible to All-Stars. This must be completed each season. This waiver must be approved by the president of the league that the player is zoned for and then is subject to approval by Santa Fe Little League's president before a player who lives outside of Santa Fe Little League's boundaries is eligible to play.  Residency Waiver -- No Tournament Play

IID Waiver for players who formally lived within Santa Fe Little League's boundaries and have since moved outside of Santa Fe Little League boundaries, this allows the player to play during regular season and all-stars. This waiver must be accompanied by 3 proofs of residency from the former address. It then must be approved by the league's president. Once approved the waiver is kept on file by Santa Fe Little League and a copy is sent to the parents. Regulation - IID Waiver
