Manager Selection Process

Want to be a Little League manager? The selection process starts with prospective managers registering as a Manager for the current season. Prospective managers will be interviewed by the SFLL Board of Directors. The number of teams needed in each division is then determined based on player registration and the SFLL Board of Directors will choose managers for each division. You are not guaranteed to be a Manager of a team just because you complete the application. All Clinics, Courses, and background checks are a REQUIREMENT to be eligible to manage a team and even then you are not guaranteed a managing position. 

If you are interested in Coaching this fall ball season please make sure you register using the link below. You will also need to complete the manager, assistant coach, or team mom application. We will select these positions by August 10th, with the manager and assistant coach meeting being on August 11, 2024 at 3:00 PM in the board room at Runge Park. You will receive a phone call on August 10, 2024 letting you know if you have been selected. Thank you for applying to volunteer with our League!
