Manager Selection Process

Want to be a Little League manager? The selection process starts with prospective managers registering as a Manager for the current season. Prospective managers will be interviewed by the SFLL Board of Directors. The number of teams needed in each division is then determined based on player registration and the SFLL Board of Directors will choose managers for each division. You are not guaranteed to be a Manager of a team just because you complete the application. All Clinics, Courses, and background checks are a REQUIREMENT to be eligible to manage a team and even then you are not guaranteed a managing position.
