HOW TO REGISTER

Registering your child to play baseball for Santa Fe Little League is easy!

Here are the steps:
1. If you do not have a SFLL account already, you'll need to create one. Find the green "Register" button at the top right hand corner of the website next to the "Login" button. Follow the instructions on how to create your individual or family account.

2. If you already have a SFLL account simply login. Please update your email and cell phone on your parent profile. These do not automatically update based off of what you put in the child's account. Each year we have parents stating they did not receive a call from the coach stating what team their player will be on and it is usually because the phone number has not been updated.

3. Once logged in to your account, the available player programs and adult volunteer opportunities will automatically appear. Simply click the "Register" button for the appropriate program and go from there.

Registration Requirements
SFLL's new registration system now connects directly to Little League International. Little League provides two options to verify player eligibility:
(
1) address verification using three forms of identification or
(2) school enrollment using one form with a signature from the school principal.  Both options are outlined in the registration process and are simple to follow.
Hint: If you chose to use Option 1 (address verification) the easiest combination of documents is a driver's license (group one), Mortgage or Rent agreement (group 2), and a utility bill or cable bill (group 3).

If you have any questions or run into any issues, please contact the SFLL at [email protected]

Waitlist Policy

**New Policy for Spring 2024 - Waitlist**

Santa Fe Little League always tries to accommodate as many players as possible, constrained by field allocations and the number of players/teams/managers we have in each division. Our league has continued to expand over the last few years. This is a great thing for the community but we are at a point that we are not able to accommodate the number of players registering.

This year we will be implementing the waitlist option in Sports Connect to ensure those that register on a timely basis are guaranteed play in this 2024 Spring Season. We are setting a hard deadline for registration this year. If you do not register by Friday, January 7, 2024, you will be placed on a waitlist with no guarantee of admission. In other words, do not wait until the last minute to register!  Each division will have a maximum number of participants, once this number is reached the division will display Wait list. If you see a division under waitlist, and you would like your child to play there, be sure to join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, you will be notified via email. A spot on a team is not guaranteed. Please note this does not apply to T-ball, Juniors or Seniors Divisions.

Players added to the waitlist are not guaranteed placement on a team.  Before accepting your player from the waitlist, we will contact you to ensure your player is still interested and available to play. If you agree to have your player accepted from the waitlist, any late registration fees will apply.

Players are accepted from the waitlist on a "first come, first served" basis. A player will only be placed in a division appropriate for his league age and skill level. In short, we strive to give players the opportunity of a positive playing experience, while minding the interests of the affected team(s) and the league overall.

Waitlisted players will be contacted for payment if/when we determine that we'll be able to assign that waitlisted player to a team. It is impossible for us to predict if/when we'll be able to accommodate a waitlisted player, since roster spots will only become available due to a player drop, or if we determine that we'll be able to add additional team(s).
